1.1 These Terms and Conditions are important to you and your purchase from Acid Audio. Your custom is very valuable to Acid Audio and we wish to provide you with a satifactory transaction.

Scope Of Terms And Conditions
2.1 These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any terms put forward by the Customer, unless they are expressly agreed by Acid Audio in writing.
2.2 Acid Audio may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to the Customer. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Purchasing Products From Acid Audio
3.1 You must be resident on the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
3.2 Credit/Debit/Charge card purchases can only be accepted from the registered card holder.
3.3 A contract only comes into effect once the transaction security vetting has been verified and your order has been confirmed by us.
3.4 Goods remain the property of Acid Audio until full payment has been completed and delivery has taken place.
3.5 All products are subject to availability. Once payment has been completed on the website, an email confirming the order will state whether the goods will be delivered immediately or in 3 to 7 days if they need to be ordered in.
3.6 Product information on the website cannot be guaranteed as accurate. Most of the detail information and specifications are supplied by manufacturers and is not verified by the Acid Audio staff.
3.7 Orders received after 3pm will be processed on the next 'working' day.
3.8 All large item Orders will be delivered 'next day' where the 'next day' day is the next working day.
3.9 If there are special requirements for delivery of the order - such as Saturday delivery, Overseas delivery, etc. - then please contact Acid Audio via phone or email before or shortly after placing the order.

Delivery Of Products And Risk
4.1 The date and time of the delivery of any Customer order is not a contractual obligation, it is only an estimate.
4.2 Acid Audio determines to make every effort to deliver purchased goods in the estimated timescale.
4.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery destination and product dimensions are suitably compatible. Where delivery has been attempted, the delivery charge (where applicable) will not be refunded.
4.4 When the Customers' order is ready for delivery, the Customer will be informed via email and given the relevant postage tracking details.
4.5 All damage and loss risk passes to the customer upon receipt of the delivered order.
4.6 Goods will only be delivered upon a signature.
4.7 Delivered orders can only be signed by an adult aged 18 or over.
4.8 Delivered orders should only be signed for after the goods have been inspected to ensure they conform to the customers contract specification.
4.9 The Customer should contact Acid Audio immediately after delivery, if upon inspection the goods are found to be damaged, defective, missing or there is a delivery discrepency.

Acid Audio Returns Policy
5.1 'Dead on arrival' : Goods found to be faulty from new, damaged or incorrect can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify the Acid Audio Returns team (via the Contact Page ) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Acid Audio will then arrange for the faulty goods to be collected by our courier.
5.2 Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made within 7 working days of expected delivery. Claims will not be accepted after this time.
5.3 Failed delivery due to customer not present or refused goods which are returned to Acid Audio are subject to up to £20 charge for return. If the same goods are requested to be re-delivered, a minimum of £5 re-delivery charge will apply.
5.4 All goods must be returned in their original packing, and in perfect condition (or failing this the condition in which the goods were received).
5.5 In the event of a delayed delivery or faulty goods, we can accept no resonsibility for loss of earnings or event cancellations, which depend on the products in question arriving by a certain date.

Compliance With UK Distance Selling Regulations
6.1 Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the Acid Audio website and claim a full refund. This right does not apply in the case of audio or video recordings or software where the seal has been broken. To cancel your order you must notify us within seven (7) days following the day of delivery. You must return the product to us as required by these Terms but if you do not or if you return the product at our expense we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning a product.
6.2 Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. If required, contact Acid Audio for further information.
6.3 Any product returned to us for refund must be returned in the original packaging in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. All items originally sent as part of the product must also be returned. This list (which is not exhaustive) includes all instruction booklets, manuals, cables, cartridges, brackets and connectors as well as associated free gifts or accessories. A deduction will be made for missing items. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
6.4 The product should be returned within seven (7) days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return the product to us within seven (7) days you must contact us to arrange a collection which will be at your cost. If the goods are not returned within the seven (7) period we will assume that you wish to keep them.
6.5 Software, Video, or Audio recordings can only be returned if the seal on the product is completely intact. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty or misdescribed. Should this be the case, please contact our Returns Team.

Liabilities
7.1 Any or all statements, recommendations, advice and opinions made or expressed, including any statements referred to or contained, in the Acid Audio website, email correspondence, brochures, catalogues, correspondence and the like are made or expressed in good faith and on the basis of information available to Acid Audio at the time.
7.2 No statement, recommendation, advice or opinion or any other communication whatsoever is deemed to be a representation, undertaking, warranty, guarantee or contractual obligation on the part of Acid Audio.
7.3 Acid Audio will not be liable to compensate the Customer for any loss of anticipated profits, damage to the customer’s reputation or goodwill, loss of expected future business or any damages, costs or expenses incurred by third parties who are not customers.
7.4 Acid Audio shall not be liable to the Customer in respect of any losses suffered by the Customer where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable to both Acid Audio and the Customer when the Contract was made.
7.5 Acid Audio shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Customer unless such loss was caused by any breach of these Terms or otherwise on the part of Acid Audio.

Complaints
8.1 Complaints to Acid Audio should be made on either paper (letter/fax) or via the Contact Page.
8.2 All compaints will be acknowledged by Acid Audio within 5 working days.
8.3 Acid Audio shall at the point of acknowledgement provide to the Customer a reasonable estimate of the timescale involved in handling and resolving any such complaint.
8.4 Acid Audio will to its best ability keep the Customer informed as tot he progress of the complaint.

Privacy Policy
9.1 We at Acid Audio respect your personal information and undertake to comply with applicable UK Data Protection legislation in place. When you shop on our site, we collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, and a password. Sensitive information such as credit card or other payment information is collected on a secure Paypal server.
9.2 We may also collect, the URL you came from, IP address, domain types (e.g. .co.uk, .com, etc.), your browser type, the country and telephone area code where your server is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during a visit, the advertisements you clicked, and any search terms that you entered on our site.
9.3 We use the information collected from you only for the following purposes: processing your orders; for statistical purposes to improve the Website and its services to you; to serve site content; to administer the Website; and if you request it, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

9.5 You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your User Information and/or information concerning your activities whilst using the Website we shall do so.
9.6 When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you wish, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email.
9.7 When you enter a contest or prize drawings, you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
