All orders on items in stock will be despatched on day of order (if ordered before 3pm).

Delivery costs are £6.00 (+ vat) for all standard items and £12.50 (+ vat) on all items over 30 kilos.

Orders are delivered on 'working days'. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact Acid by email customercare@acidaudio.co.uk or through the Contact Page.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands there is a nominal £10 carriage charge.

Carriers used by Acid Audio are Parcelline, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Business Post.

Delivery Risk
The risk in all goods passes to the customer at the point where delivery begins. Acid Audio shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused in transit unless where delivered via Parcel Force where goods are insured. Acid Audio will only refund or replace on damaged goods once returned and inspected or a successful claim has been made against the carrier.

Missing or Late Items
Whilst Acid Audio shall use its reasonable endeavours to effect any delivery or make available any collection in accordance with pre-arranged times and dates within the listings, any time or date named by Acid Audio for collection or delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and Acid Audio shall not be liable for delays.

Please Inspect your Goods on Receipt of Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to check carefully the quantity and type of goods purchased or delivered and claims for non-delivery, damaged or shortages of any goods must be made in writing via e-mail within three days of the date upon which they should or had been delivered. We would ask that you do not sign for goods where the delivery packaging is clearly damaged. Please email us to say that delivery has been refused due to damage and we will endeavour to redeliver a replacement item within 48Hrs subject to stock availability. A refund will be given if we are unable to replace the item in a reasonable time.
